Our Property Management Services

Full-time Management
We do all advertising, including signs at the properties. Screening and credit checks of all potential tenants. Collect all deposits and rents on behalf of owners. Disburse all rents, utilities, etc., requested by owners. Perform six month maintenance inspections including report to client. Supervise all maintenance and repairs of property not to exceed $200 for any one item, except monthly or recurring operating charges and/or emergency repairs in excess of the maximum.
Management Fee - 10% Rental Fee Monthly.

Tenant Placement - Full Time Rentals
We do all advertising, including signs at the properties. Screening and credit checks of all potential tenants. Collection of first month's rent and deposits on behalf of owner. Disbursement of rent and deposits to owner.
Management Fee - 50% of First Month's Rent.

Vacation Management
We do all bookings and advertising, including signs at the properties. Collect all deposits and rental fees on behalf of owners. Disburse all rents, utilities, etc., requested by owners. We do all inspection after each tenant. Supervise all cleaning, maintenance and repairs of property not to exceed $200 for any one item, except monthly or recurring operating charges and/or emergency repairs in excess of the maximum.
Management Fee - 20% of Rental Fees.
