SeeLyon Beach Rentals will manage all bookings and advertising on the properties, as well as provide the owner the option to have professional photos taken or have SeeLyon staff take property photos. SeeLyon Beach Rentals collects Security Deposits and rental fees on behalf of owners and disburses on a monthly basis as well as disbursement of County Transient Occupancy Tax. We provide supervision of all vendors, including cleaning and maintenance scheduling. SeeLyon Beach Rentals charges a 20% Management Fee for short-term (30 days or less) reservations and 15% for long-term (31 days or more) reservations. Please contact us for more information.
