Large, two-story, wheelchair accessible home, located one block to the beach! This home has two master suites with a Large tub in the upstairs master bathroom, a deck off of the master bedroom upstairs, front porch, and a hot tub in the backyard! It also features Wi-Fi, linens, and a charcoal barbecue. No cable - streaming services only (you must use your log-in). *Rates, Descriptions, and Units are subject to change at any time!*

Note that there are rules for the Hot Tub including no use after 10:00 p.m.
Disclosure: the owner has installed a surveillance camera to ensure that guests are following the Hot Tub rules.

$50 Non-Refundable Damage Protection (covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages)

HOUSE RULES
- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Roof access is PROHIBITED.  Any groups with guests found on the roof will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for unstayed time.
