Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs along with the kitchen and living room. Included is a one-car garage available for storing of your surfboards or bicycles and a separate but attached laundry room that provides access to the back patio. Upstairs is an additional sitting area that offers a deck with ocean views as well as an additional sleeping area.
