The Leach Beach House

This original beach cottage has been refurbished and transformed into an adorable and updated beach rental. This little slice of paradise is located on Ocean Avenue in Cayucos and offers views of the ocean as well as Morro Rock. Easy five minute walk to the beach or ten minute walk into downtown Cayucos. The cottage is perfect for a small family and offers all the amenities of home, albeit maybe on a smaller scale. *Rates, Descriptions, and Units are subject to change at any time!* 

*ONE SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY.
*Parking is available; however, use caution entering Ocean Avenue from the fairly steep driveway.
*There is currently no use of the washer and dryer, but will be in the near future!
*Landscaping is not 100% complete, but is coming soon!

- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
