Welcome to unit B6 - the largest unit in the Cayucos Beach Condos! This condo is the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy an extended stay in Cayucos. Located on the beach and a short stroll from downtown, this unit offers a spacious space to relax and enjoy the views of the waves, beach, and town. Upon entry on the second level, you will find two of the three bedrooms - each located on another side of the hallway. The first bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom (shower only) and incredible views of the ocean. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin/double) and is perfect for the little ones in the family. There is another full bathroom off the hallway that has a tub/shower combo. Past the bedrooms and bathrooms, you will find the kitchen, dining area, and lovely living area with fireplace (duraflame logs only please), high ceilings, and a spacious deck for enjoying the sunshine and views. The third level offers the third bedroom and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and another incredible deck. Complex includes coin-operated laundry facilities. Parking for 1 car only in the parking structure, additional parking on the street only! *Rates, Descriptions, and Units are subject to change at any time!*
