An adorable and newly refurbished home, located one block from the beach! This beach cottage has lots of charm, a large backyard, linens, and a special "nook" off of the laundry room with twin bunk beds. Small pet negotiable with non-refundable $100 fee. *Rates, Descriptions, and Units are subject to change at any time!*

$50 Non-Refundable Damage Protection (covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages)

HOUSE RULES
- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Roof access is PROHIBITED. Any groups with guests found on the roof will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for unstayed time.
- PET FRIENDLY with limitations
