This adorable and charming farmstyle home is located just around the corner from the heart of downtown Cayucos, across the street from the beach, and boasts ocean views from the rooftop deck and upstairs bedroom. The deck is located just off the bedroom upstairs and includes comfortable patio furniture and a fire pit for relaxing in the cool evenings with a perfect view of the sunset over the Pier. The downstairs consists of a large living room with plenty of room for relaxing after a day at the beach as well as a spacious kitchen and dining room for preparing and enjoying your meals; both of these rooms also have ocean views. Off the kitchen is a nice patio with a barbecue as well as an outdoor table for enjoying meals outside. On the other side of the patio is a separate guest house where a second couple can enjoy their own privacy, complete with its own bathroom and mini fridge.

- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
- Dogs permitted (no more than 100 lbs) with preapproval by Management and with payment of Pet Fee. Sorry, no cats. Unauthorized pets will be subject to $500 fee.
