Low tides expose amazing tidepools, while high tides bring the waves crashing into the rocks. Located just steps to the beach and downtown Cayucos! Updated bathroom includes walk-in shower and double sinks. Kitchen is fully equipped. Queen size sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping in the living room with large flat screen TV. Dining table sits at the best view point in the room to give you the opportunity to enjoy meals as close to the amazing ocean view as possible, without being outside on the deck. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom for those warm afternoons or evenings.

- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
